OUTLOOK CONTACT TRANSFER PROCESSES
OUTLOOK 2010 AND EARLIER VERSIONS
Exporting Contacts in Outlook 2010:
Outlook 2010 → File → Open → Import → Export to a File → Comma Separated Values (Windows) → Contacts → Set location and name → Finish
Importing Contacts in Outlook 2010:
Outlook 2010 → File → Open → Import → Import from another program or file → Comma Separated Values (Windows) → Point to the contacts.csv file → Finish
OUTLOOK 2019 AND LATER VERSIONS
Exporting Contacts in Outlook 2019 or Later:
File → Open & Export → Import/Export → Export to a File → Comma Separated Values → Contacts → Set location and name → Finish
Importing Contacts in Outlook 2019 or Later:
File → Open & Export → Import/Export → Import from another program or file → Comma Separated Values → Point to the contacts.csv file → Finish
